today I feel like was probably a really bad day. Maybe the whole weekend. yesterday the wife and I went to see a play followed with dinner. I had a very large burger that was delicious. today for lunch she wanted Pizza so I had a couple slices and then for dinner made some chicken and broccoli stir-fry but I put entirely too much soy sauce into. fingers crossed at tomorrow's weigh-in I held my weight and didn't increase
