Made an entery into my diet diary on FS for the first time in days. Am still feeling yucky-stomach; cannot eat veggies or salads. Lots of spasms. I have not been following SB for the past few days, just eating carbs to feel better-I am taking medication and hope this clears up soon, because I am still going to go on with my sb journey, but for now, not able to. I drink lots of half and half and need lots of cooked cereal, baked potatoes; I know this won't be forever.......Going away to daughter for 2 weeks but will "sign in" from there!

I had a friend who got to feeling the same way while on SB (sorry don't know if yours is SB related or another kind of illness)she was even put on meds and her Dr told her she would have to eat protein with each meal. Hope you feel better soon.
