So, this is my first journal entry and I have to say, HOLY SMOKES! I didn't realize I was eating so damn much!

I know what you are talking about. Until I started recording everything I ate and being honest about it, I didn't know how many calories I was eating. I have since cut my calories in half and exercising a little. I know I need to exercise more (just even getting out walking), but at the end of the day it's hard. I just have to keep telling myself--STAY MOTIVATED! I want some cute clothes!!

Congratulations for joining. You actually aren't eating that much, in terms of volume. The calorie count may be high because it is mostly energy rich food. If you add lots of fresh fruit and vegetable you can eat more stuff, but less calories. The volume will keep you full.
