yesterday, I had a colonoscopy so I was and am a bit bloated at this point. I went to Checkers for 2 fish sandwiches and only ate half of one of the buns, had a small order of fries and a small strawberry milkshake. Later, at home, I ate 2 servings of gluten free pasta with cheese. Today, I'm getting back on track.
Dropping my calories down to 1300 instead of the 1500 I was at, investigating how to eat more Asian-style meals, meal-planning with my husband, and writing down my goals LARGELY on a poster paper where I can see and read them daily.
My current job at the school is over at the end of May, so school lunch binges will no longer be there.
I will be taking walks with my husband and belly dancing again as well as starting another kick-boxing workout, using my ball and treadmill (need oil for it)
I WILL DO THIS! I will be under 200 lbs by my birthday!!! NEW GOAL!
