yesterday, I had a colonoscopy so I was and am a bit bloated at this point. I went to Checkers for 2 fish sandwiches and only ate half of one of the buns, had a small order of fries and a small strawberry milkshake. Later, at home, I ate 2 servings of gluten free pasta with cheese.
Today, I'm getting back on track.
Dropping my calories down to 1300 instead of the 1500 I was at, investigating how to eat more Asian-style meals, meal-planning with my husband, and writing down my goals LARGELY on a poster paper where I can see and read them daily.
My current job at the school is over at the end of May, so school lunch binges will no longer be there.
I will be taking walks with my husband and belly dancing again as well as starting another kick-boxing workout, using my ball and treadmill (need oil for it)
I WILL DO THIS! I will be under 200 lbs by my birthday!!! NEW GOAL!

Work training went ok today but I ate rice pilaf, dinner rolls and some other things that caused me to have heart palpitations, panicky feelings, restlessness, trouble breathing, etc.
Need to revamp eating habits to more natural ones again.
Also Urinary Tract Infection!

Tomorrow I go back to work, but the past 2 days I was out of town so eating off the typical plan. Did ok but would like to do even better.

A trip to Carlo's O'Kelly's yielded a 2 lb weight GAIN! GRR!
I am not sure if that's from the muscles I built from shopping and moving boxes or if it's genuine weight increase. I'm sure I am not meeting this challenge at all and I am ok about it. It's been fun anyway and I plan to keep on moving toward my goals till I get there.
