Okay, well I decided I need to start a new diet ASAP. I ended up choosing the ABS diet. I noticed that my last diet was just making me depressed and my body was not adhering to the changes. So I just ordered the ABS Diet book and I'm waiting for it to arrive in the mail. Any tips for the mean time?

I think your weight looks good! I'd do anything just to be in your weight range! (I'm 137 now and really want to go down to 125). Well, I think you just need to balance both protein/dairy and carb/fruits at every meal. Make sure you eat plenty (3 meals and 3 snacks) every 2 to 3 hours. Make sure you exercise well (interval training 2-3x a week/strength training 3x a week). These are ABS Diet's principles. Good luck.
