Since I can't record my food right now, I'll do it here I guess..:X
Breakfast: 20 oz coffee, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbs sacharrin sweetener, 3 egg whites, 1 tsp Hellman's Honey mustard, i slice Kraft fat free cheese, 5 slices fat free turkey.
Estimated calories: 210 calories, 1 gram fat.
Scale's same again..but I'm almost done with TOM so I am expecting it to drop soon! NO WORRIES MATE!! :)
I do need to try and eat less junk to leave more room for healthful food.
Those brownies ands Dreyer's double churned ice cream are just so darn good, they call my name at 3 pm!! I am going to get some fudgsicles today so I can satisfy my ice cream craving for less calories, when I don't have a lot to spare.
My calories have been around the same level for a few days, time to swiitch it up, and I already had my high cal day this week..but I don't think today will be my super low cal day.
Too hard on the weekend, Monday is a better day for that.
Well gotta go get ready for church, chat later!
I hope the food diary is fixed by lunchtime, or I will be getting anxious!!

Don't let the diet calendar bother ya,.. just jot it down in here and you can come back and add it in when it's up. ;) Hmm.. you've given me an idea... after 3 fairly low days in a row, and the 4th(actually it was the one before) was still under 1400, so maybe I should have a "high" day today?? Yes, fitting in more "whole foods and veggies" is seemingly hard for me and dang it, I have a V8 jug in my fridge, but I just don't remember to drink it. At least it's something, even though not the same as just eating. I am not even going to attempt to make them brownies, not for a long time.... I'm just too weak! lol ;) Keep up the great work... you're sooo close!
