On to day 3 of my crazy Fast 800 diet. Im actually doing ok even though I've cut my calories by over a half. The worst bit is being cold all the time but Im not especially hungry thanks to all the protein. Ive never eaten so many eggs! Ive lost 1.8kg since day 1 so that is helping my motivation.
