Today my weight is the same but my stomach has shrunk!!! no more fat sticking out and from 34" my waist is smaller and come down to 31.5 " I'm really happy with my diet, I intermittent fast every day except Sunday, I eat at 2 pm and then have dinner at 8pm or some days 9pm but not later. I just eat sensibly, a good wholesome lunch with nutient dense foods like chicken, eggs or pork with veggies. less fried and less refined foods. It seems to be working!!! yay!! I was having a tough time bringing my weight down with menopause and my age of over 50yrs.
