Weight the same...again, no shocker. I contacted hellogreenlite.com, and will begin their remote program in January. It will be medication-free, unless I actually go to the office in San Francisco. In the meantime, I'm going to continue doing what I'm doing since it seems to be a good maintenance plan that I can live with and, besides the occasional meltdown, I'm pretty happy with it.
I had a stressful morning, stupid personal dating issues that I really thought I was beyond. Then I went downstairs and found that my daughter and her friends had baked Christmas cookies after I went to bed, and there they were, smiling their sugary, buttery, floury smiles at me. I said good morning to the angels and christmas trees and bells, poured a cup of coffee, and ignored them. Yes! Talking to a friend helped so much...yes, you if you are reading this, P. I didn't even talk to him about cookies, just about what was happening, and I journaled (privately) about it, and the cookies didn't enter my mind again. What is going on with me, that's amazing!
