I was already in a bad mood this morning and then i saw that. 193.4 I ate perfect yesterday! The past two days i have been fighting a stronger-then-usual urge to binge/cheat and havent and yet im gaining weight. I ate a big ( South beach) meal last night and i know that probably why but non the less im pissed.
I really wasnt going to cheat but it happened that way. I got really sick this morning and then we had to go run errands so i ended up eating bad when we were running around. So now tomorrow will be interesting along with the rest of this week because we are celebrating my B day this weekend. Im gonna say that i will probably be about 193 tomorrow and 197 Monday.
We will see.. *sigh*

Chin up babes... most likely it's mostly water weight. Drink a lot of water to flush out the bad stuff, and I'm sure you'll be down before you know it! You can do it!!

You realize, even if you were 193 tomorrow, you'd still be down .6 pounds this week. That's not too bad at all, considering. Even though it's important to weight daily (for some of us) to know what's going on with your body and how certain foods effect you, try only recording it here once a week. Just make sure that your once a week recording, (say every Monday or Friday) is showing some type of loss and you'll be doing great! if I recorded my weight every single day, you would see quite a few 2 pounds and 3 pound gains in there. But not only did those come off, I still was able to report a loss by the end of that week, just like you can still do. Everyone has those bad days, but just correct it now and you know what to do. Keep looking at the big picture and don't let a very normal and temporary gain, get in the way of what you want! Go get 'em girl! Don't accept that scale moving back up to 197, nip that in the bud and keep going strong. You can do it!

When i do bad the next day i go to walgreens and buy like 3 16 oz cans of diet peach tea from Arizona. They are GOOD and help flush out all the crap. Along with that i drink water and a little coffee to get things movin out! LOL
