Best decision I have ever made. Been doing it for 7 months now and its AMAZING.
Keep your diet to a lot if protein, it will fuel the tough workouts 💪🏾💪🏾

Kelenke, you need to find out if there's a crossfit gym in your area :) it's like joining any other gym, except that with crossfit the community is so much more supportive and encouraging! Everyone cheers everyone else on 😊
