Day 319- wooooooooooo..... over a month and no journal entry. I gotta do something about that. I have been maintaining but not much else. I think I foot injury is finally past so I can get back to running full time, even in the cold. Gotta see if I can get to 160lbs, I don't think I have that much to lose. My body is getting pretty tight and firm. Latest thing I noticed is my 'man-boobs' are gone and my chest is pretty firm. Hopefully I will be able to get back to entering into my journal more often.

Running in the cold is my worst enemy - I really need to start doing it little bits at a time so I can handle it better!! Glad you are feeling good about your body! :)
