Here I am back after over a year ago and 30 lbs heavier. How miserable. Today is the day that I am starting a new beginning and I promise to try and exercise at 3x a week, If I promise myself more I know it wont happen. I went on Richard Simmons sight out of curiosity. I remember him from when I was in high school. Dug out some old tapes and a few dvds I have of him. My boyfriend thinks hes cooky. I find him pleasantley funny! Even after all theses years. Im tired of being miserable!!!! I really have to do this. Went to dr. and found my cholesterol is borderline. I need to tae better care of myself. I still work nights and also go to school full time and have a slighly overweight 13 year old girl and a stringbean 5 year old boy.
