Not really time to make a full entry, but school has started again
i have been lifting 3 days a week doing rugby today I will be seeing what the schedule for rowing is to see if I can do that I've been doing any active things I can, for instance on sunday I went bouldering with the outing club, spent all day hiking around and climbing rocks... made me realize how much work my upper body needs
dieting
TINY PORTIONS NOTHING BUT WATER not even alcohol. No snacks, etc Always opt for "better" choices like chicken over beef, etc etc etc. always substitute veggies for a carb laden side dish (ie broccoli over potatoes)
wish me luck, just got done with 1/2 hour of rowing and some jogging, going to a 2 hour rugby practice pretty soon (even though yesterday rugby was 2.5 hours)
