totally not getting on a scale for a couple of days. had a work function on friday and had pizza. could not be rude and tell them sorry. so i ate. but felt totally not good on friday night

We have to be able to enjoy life sometimes too, I see nothing wrong with the odd indulgence 👍 hope it was LOVELY 🍕

Pizza was great Friday. Nothing to stress about. A good cheat now and again jerks the body right and stimulates weight loss a couple of days late( atleast for me)

Sometimes a little cheat also helps boosts the metabolism! According to many gurus Pizza is one of the good cheat meals to consider as it is usually full of healthy proteins (cheese chicken etc) especially if you are trying to hold on to some muscle when on a diet.
