Hi guys. It’s my first time posting. Had a rough phase in life and put on around 15 kgs. I’m in the process of reinventing my life now and getting a fresh start. One of my goals is to be physically fit and healthy and to do that I have to lose the excess weight. Yesterday I started a semi liquid diet. I have been walking for a week now. However, I want to incorporate another workout into my day. Work and life pressures make it difficult, and I don’t seem to have the time for anything else. But here’s hoping for the best and to see those results soon
