Finally back on track on loosing weight. Didn't totally fall off the wagon, so to speak, but was not watching what I was eating. I was eating way too many carbs and too much sugar. Started with Eat to Live and going much better, eating lots of nutritious food and enjoying it. Cut out sugar and oils and bread for six weeks - but replacing it with beans and loads of fruit and veges - feeling better too!!
