Checklist for the day
Breakfast-check. Snack-check. Lunch-Check. Afternoon snack-holy shit what did I just do? (12 cinnamon bears, two roca candies and a chocolate cordial later +cup of coffee), no check. Dinner-check. Evening snack-hard to find one under 100 calories but found it. check. 8 glasses of water today-uuuuhhhh, does coffee constitute a water product since we put water in it?? not check.
ahhhhh. the end of the day, I still need to fit in excersise...hmmm. This is going to have to be incorporated into the early part of my day I think as well as the water throughout the day. Work in progress!
