Week 3 of training for the Bridge City Boogie 5k:
Ok I am so proud of myself I walked for 3 mins and ran for 2 mins 6 times today! I was only part way in and thought I couldn't do it but I pushed on and I did it!!!! I went 4k in total in 45 mins!
