After yesterday's sneaky weigh in I feel optimistic. I haven't been tracking dinner simply because hubby and I cook one-pot meals most of the time and honestly, how do you track that? I only eat enough to feel satisfied though, so I think my belly is preventing me from exceeding my calories. I hope.
Seriously hoping that Monday's weigh in is still under 65kg!
