I entered in everything I had for breakfast today and wow, I know the creamer in my coffee is an issue but after realizing how much fat it had compared to the rest of my meal....I think I'm gonna have to cut coffee out of the diet!

Or just the creamer? They also make some creamers in low-fat or sugar-free, depending on what you're trying to avoid. Personally, I'm fine with the fat, but the sugar in some coffee creamers does me in.

I had a dietician tell me that it is not necessarily fat that makes us fat. Sugar & carbs do most of the harm. Personally, I'm with Bloodaxe - I focus on taking out or minimalizing the carbs & SUGAR.
