This morning I started induction with a breakfast of scrambled eggs. I'm hoping the natural appetite suppressant will do me some good. It probably helps that I've quit smoking a certain green herb that characteristically spawns maddening fits of the munchies.

My boyfriend is tiny (they all are - why do I choose to date men who are smaller than I am?), so my cooking will probably fatten him up. I think he's probably relieved that he won't have to scrounge his own food all the time - before today, I've been relying heavily on ramen to get me through the day.

I've got a lot of pounds to go - I'm at 239, my highest ever, and I'm looking to get down to about 140-130. I got as low as 145 last time, and I felt awesome. I want to feel awesome again. Go me!

Anyone want to be diet buddies?

My hubby is 180 lbs, so I know how much it sucks being bigger than your man! Lets get thin and gorgeous and make everyone wonder how they snagged us! ;-)

stay off them drugs...and stick to your diet...it'll work for you.
