So far so good. Struggling on the losing weight part though. It seems I set my scale to high for my R.D.I so I changed it. Been working out really hard. Still waiting to see a difference. I am going to make an appt today with a trainer at my gym. Hopefully he or she can give me some good insight of what I should be working on. Right now its mostly treadmill. Tried the Eliptical machine but it kills my knees. Working out the legs to. That was tough, its been awhile. Thank God I got no charlie horses in my hamstring last night. Well off to fight the battle again today.
