50% disappointed, 50% satisfied. Why?
1. My hormones are out of whack. My PMS started 10 days early, and my period has no idea what it wants - start? Stop? Heavy? Light? Every day is a guessing game.
2. Possible sinus infection brewing. With 3 nose bleeds in 12 hours and crazy fatigue I'm just not sure wher I stand
3. I reached a new personal best yesterday with running - not only did I run 1km without stopping, but my pace was 20 seconds faster per km on average than ever before
4. We celebrated mom-in-law's birthday yesterday - I ate all the food. All of it!
5. All the friends and husband ran 10km on Saturday, after which we went out for a buffet breakfast. I didn't hold back on the flapjacks and syrup
With that said, I'll clean things up this week and hope my period stops so that I can get a more accurate picture of where my body is at. I've also been slacking with water - so I'm going to try drink my 1.5 to 2L daily this week

Hi Mbhali! I don't really fast, although sometimes I unintentionally skip a meal here and there - though this has been consistent for a few years now, so I doubt that's why my period is acting up. I think my new activity levels may be confusing my body 🤔 I haven't been this active since I was 15 years old, that's a good 14 years ago! Hehe. Have a wonderful week ❤️
