Been tired all day, kinda blah feeling. Not so much hungry today as just really craving fruit & juice. Outta juice , so had grapes & cuties. Wish grocery store delivered, I'd give almost anything for gallon of icy cold orange juice. Played with my puppy, did my stretches completed 3/4 of them barely. Been trying to move more whether chair exercizes , or trying to do Zumba. Plenty of sore muscles lately. Not sure if from exercising or the fact that I've fallen 3x in last 5 days. I've come to the conclusion falling hurts, but not near as bad as me trying to get back up off floor. Still having a lot of ear pain & balance is off more than usual, go to dr. on March 18 Ent, audiologist, & neurologist, fingures crossed. Bells palsey still not cleared up yet, its driving me nuts. Well puppy is finally asleep, guess I'll try to as well. She doesn't sleep much . Everyone have a good night. Stay warm, & safe.
