I reached my goal weight so I took a new profile picture. I have plenty of firming up to do, but I'm loving the changes I've already achieved!
I did two Zumba classes on Monday, one at 4:30 yesterday, and one at 9:30 this morning. Hmmm, have't gotten rid of all obsessive behaviours, ha ha! At least this is a healthy one. :o) Last evening's class was difficult; I was tired, & there was a male instructor that did things differently; before long I was into it, grinning and sweating and having a blast. This stuff is very good for me!
This morning my partner brought me a Halloween gift; See's chocolates! I had one piece, then put it away. I returned the favor, with a hand-picked half pound of my partner's favorite See's treats, plus some non-food fun stuff.
Yesterday I baked some pumpkin pecan raisin whole wheat cookies (well, half whole wheat)with a piece of candy corn pressed on top after baking. My partner took a bunch to the office, and I took a bunch to the gym. I wore all black Zumba clothes, plus a full length black cape with a hood; it was fun! I swirled the cape off as soon as the music started, put it in a bag against the wall.
My Zumba instructor ate two of the cookies, several classmates ate more, plus a few other employees. I took what was left to what used to be my Aqua class (it starts half-way through my Zumba class) and asked the instructor if she would like to share them with the class. I'm in a very sparkling playful mood today.
Went to Safeway & bought candy to hand out in case we get hoards of trick-or-treaters; got kinds I don't care for or that I can use in baking (since I like to give the stuff away, not eat it!). I ended up getting alot with sale prices, coupons, double coupons, etc, for not too much money.
I'm running out of steam, and I plan on making dinner. I may need a chocolate perk-me-up....OK, maybe a cup of tea. :oD
