My boyfriend and I started a new healthy eating plan. We are limiting our kJ to less than 1 900 per day.

I need to loose 45 kg and he needs to loose 90 kg. Its gonna be a long journey but we are going to do this together.

Its hard to control the hunger pains and my mind pulls me back to say what's one small McD cheeseburger gonna do. I need to be strong.

OOO daai cheese burger gedagte kom sooooo gereeld by my op ! Of 'n pakkie Nik Nacks - troos jou daaraan - jy is nie alleen nie - dat jou BF dit saam met jou doen is amazing maar die res van ons hier is op dieselfde journey Good luck en keep us posted

Dankie vir die aansporing. Dit gaan 'n lang pad wees. Maar ons gaan die berg uitklim :)

Ja jong dis moeilik - my kop was solid en die laaste paar dae sukkel dit maar - mens raak moedeloos maar moet net weer in rat kom. Oefening en WATER is baie belangrik - ek het so goed gedoen en afgekom tot slegs 1 koppie koffie per dag - nou trek ek alweer by 4 of 5 en kom agter ek drink minder water. 20-30 minute oefening ten minste 4 keer 'n week verseker dat jy resultate sien .. ek het 'n mini trampolien gekoop en paar YouTube skakels gekyk vir exercise ideas - so dit hou my besig voor die tv saans maar het nou my voet seergemaak en suffer ! Sterkte.. skree maar as jy frustrated raak :) x
