Into week 4 of Keto and the weight is steadily coming off. I was feeling defeated as my scale showed an increase a few days ago and of course, my husband had another drop...His determination kept me on course. We are eating so much better and enjoying the creativity of this way of eating. We backed off on the fat a bit, as our bodies seem fat adapted. No cravings, no crazy hunger and being satisfied with moderate portions. I think I was drinking too much bullet proof coffee...LOVE THAT STUFF! AND, I was starving myself all day, hoping to drop quicker, and it just made me eat more later in the day. Our choices are very healthy and we are adding more lo-carb veggies and eating more fish.
