fresh Mackerel string beans and bare baked noodles A lot bigger lunch today as I found yesterday I was starving pretty much strait after my lunch! I’ve also had a little bit more time today! I love mackerel!

Wow that looks amazing! What kind of mackerel is it? Mackerel we get here in Spain as uk is much darker in colour and oilier, I love it but yours looks fantastic! I want to come to yours for tea!!!!😁

Missymotivated I think it’s Atlantic mackerel it isn’t smoked which may be why it’s lighter in colour?? And I oven baked it in tin foil with a squeeze of lemon, olive oil and some garlic xx

I used to fish for Mackerel which made a very tasty meal. I still prefer it over other fish. Not sure about the bland noodles though. Goes nice with some par cooked spinach and tomato.
