I did my Brazil Butt Lift exercise this morning, it was the Cardio workout and the scuplt workout. I am enjoying this workout because it is new and very challenging! Those dance steps are good and its going to take me a while to master them. Its a fairly low impact workout that gets my heart rate up pretty good so I know my knees appreciate that. I will still have to do some running but this is a welcomed change to my workout routine.

One of my girl friends asked me to go walking with her on Tuesday and Thurday mornings at 6:00 am. I'm going to do it because I am so glad she is getting into fitness and I want to do anything I can to encourage and support her. Plus it will be good for me too!

Oh I am boycotting the scale for awhile because its lying to me. My mirror is telling me I am getting in shape and look fabulous. My friends are telling me the same thing. One friend told me to throw the damn scale out the window. I won't go that far but I will take a break from weighing for a while because I know I'm doing what is right for the most part, I have made huge improvements in my life style and eating habits since the beginning of the year. And I know I look better now than I have in a VERY long time. I don't want to discourage others from sticking with the Fatsecret weekly weigh in plan but I need to modify this plan to suit my own purposes.

My gosh woman. the Brazil butt lift? Good grief. You are going to have curves that won't guit. Keep going and inspiring other to do so. I had to chuckle about that lift. Great menu. Neesee

Ok.. I admit I have NO idea what a brazil butt lift looks like so I googled it. Warning, should not be confused with the brazillian butt lift cosmetic surgery which came up in my search too. Wish we could post links here but I found some good videos on youtube. Looks like a fun workout :)

It is a really fun workout!! It's very challenging, so I like the fact that the instructor always shows level 1 and level 2 version of each exercise. It's a fun theme and a perfect workout for pear shaped women like myself! I'll do a complete review here soon when I have a chance to do all the workouts. There are about 4 - 5 workouts in this workout series. LOL at the Brazil Butt Lift surgery. That's gotta hurt way worse than diet and exercising! LOL
