6 lbs right off the bat was encouraging, but after almost 2 weeks of averaging 1200 calories and fewer than 50 carbs, I've lost nothing more. I know there is something more to it. Haven't seen the doc in a while and my heart is doing weird things. Could just be stress/anxiety, but if the heart is an issue, it could be why I'm not losing now. We won't discuss alcohol intake- apparently I'm still in denial over that. but the calories are low! I think it's time to refill the Xanax.
