I've been off work for 2 weeks and the scale really shows the inactivity. I start back to work on Monday, so hopefully this weight will go away. I haven't been following the diet as closely as I should be. (obviously)
67.6 kg 지금까지 감소한: 5.0 kg.    남은양: 4.1 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 잘 따르지 않음.

That is ok. You are still doing great. Just get back to it when you can...life just gets in the way sometimes.

its true...when your schedule switches up it will show on the scale :( as life gets back on track, so will your diet and activity. Don't get bummed out, you are really doing well and it won't be hard to get back on track :)

Your not far from your goal so just get back on the band wagon and you see the results

Make yourself comfortable climbing back on board. The fact that you are here means that you are focused. You can easily reach your goal once you set your mind to it, you know that!
