Maybe it's me but this seems to be going to slowly! I want to lose it all now! The weather is still too chilly to get out and walk and I sit at a desk all day at work. My boyfriend got a bowflex last week (guess he wants me to have a bowflex body). Hopefully that will start toning up some of the flabber parts!!! I just want to eat a whole pizza. At least Pringles makes pizza stixes that are only 2 points and satisfys me for a moment.

I understand how you feel about wanting to get to your goal right away. Your chart shows a lot of progress so you're doing really well. I've learned after years of yo-yo dieting that slow weight loss is best. It's taken me about 4 months to lose 12 pounds! But when I look back at it, I achieved a better lifestyle. So it's the little achievements along the way that makes the ultimate goal so much more satisfying. Keep up the good work, you're doing wonderfully.

you're doing really well. Keep it up and try the bowflex i have been using my hubby's (he doesn't use it) off and on for the last year. I love it! and with the chilly weather just bundle up and go, i put the kids in snowsuits in their stroller with a rain cover on to block the wind for them and i never really notice the cold.
