I'm 32 and a newly separated mom of 3. i'm going to focus on eating healthy for me and my kids. its time to take care of myself. i don't need to be what someone else wants, i need to be what i want to be. I am never going to be skinny, but i am done being fat. I didn't like being fat the first time and I like it even less this time around. I gained weight back because of depression and to please someone else. I had lost the weight to please me. Time to make me happy again.
