Not a good day for my diet yesterday. Two words.....Pizza Hut. On a more positive note, I did lose 3 pounds my first week. I am looking forward to a new year with a healthier outlook. I will not beat myself up over yesterday, but look to making better decisions today. I see the doctor later this month, and hope to be at least 5 pounds down from my last weigh in. I am doing better with my overall caloric intake, I just haven't been able to give up my nightly sugary snack. That is my next goal, along with adding walking and toning exercises to my routine. I can do this one day at a time!!!

Like you said...one day at a time. Being in this group provides great support and logging every food you eat/drink is super important to your success. When you go to log in a food and you see your calorie block is red because you have already surpassed your daily caloric intake...hopefully that will make you think twice about whether you really want that snack. It will become habit and good choices will become natural for you in time. We are all here for you! Good luck!
