Well the pants are fitting too tight, my joints are huring, my tummy aches all of the time and I don't have any desire for anything or energy for it. I have to change this and I need to start today, I'm starting today. I'm doing this for me, it's one of many steps I'm taking to regain control of my situation. Being this overweight, I feel undesirable, I feel crappy and resentful that I allowed myself to become this way. I think that it further emulates my self loathing and the self destructive button I feel has been pushed as well as my negative outlook on my self and situation. I'd like to change that and want that to start today.
I am in control of what I eat and my physical activity. I am in control of my own destination and the path I walk.
