A Short Walk in My Shoes...

So again I didn't do so hot last night. I've had a rough week so two of my girlfriends went out last night. We had AMAZING spinach and artichoke dip (which isn't horrible, but not at all great) and a couple of nachos that only had cheese (melted shredded not the imitation stuff), tomatoes, and jalapenos on it. It was also DELICIOUS! I also had a couple of martinis (but I didn't record it, I'm just too ashamed! LOL). Before I had class, I even recorded everything I was going to eat for dinner and was excited about doing well yesterday! Well that went out the window. I weighed myself today and I'm the same weight however it's obvious that it is due to dehydration...lets hope for the best today?!

So, you had a good time and that is what counts! Work out an extra 10 minutes and eat healthier today. As long as nachos are not an everyday thing, you will be fine. I plan on going out tonight, so I am just going to have some sweet potatoes for lunch. I have to eat something or I will pig out tonight. I am going to have to pick out my meal before we go, and when I get my food, I put half of it in a to go box before I dig in. Hopefully I will be strong and work out before we go out, then I will feel better about enjoying myself! I might even have to get a mudslide to drink! Yummy!

I didn't end up going to TGIFridays like I thought we would. We went to Applebee's instead and I didn't get to plan ahead. We split an appetizer and I got some french onion soup. I still ate way to much food! I was a little sad, but I will just have to work out a little longer today. I did weigh myself this morning and I gained 1.2 Lbs. I usually wait a few days and weigh myself, so I don't feel depressed. At least I know that if I try to be good, the weight will go back down. I just have to be good. It won't be easy with the weekend coming!
