I guess I should fess up about where I've been.
I totally, completely fell off the wagon, so to speak. It started when my routine was disrupted, continued when family obligations and a car repair kept me from the gym, and multiplied upon itself when my habit of cooking healthy dinners gave way to stopgap impromptu meals for every family member. Additionally, I think a bit of pre-school stress is mounting in the back of my head.
Whatever. At this point I find it almost impossible to rewrite a routine because I only have a week until school starts. When school starts I will etch out a routine ASAP and then I should surface on here again with some weigh ins.
