Just had an AWESOME weekend with my family in Ohio - there was a bit more eating than usual and, I gained one pound. I guess it's a good thing I was only there for three days! ;) Time to get back on track and continue towards my goal. Tomorrow I head back to spinning / P90x. Until then - working at the hospital. BRING IT.
