I wish that I had started the diet without the water pill. It was disconcerting to get on the scale this morning - knowing that I had strictly followed my plan and to weigh more than my start up weight. I will not do that again - but then again - hopefully, this will be the last time that I start a diet. It has truely been tiresome to be on a diet or thinking about being on diet for virtually all of my life. Let this be the end of it!
