Completely broke down and had KFC and a donut for lunch. Didn't eat the fries though so that's a start! LOL I'm exersizing at least 20 mins a day so this shouldn't be too much of a set back. Nursing an old knee injury that has flared up so I'm going to have to take it a little bit easier and not be so gung-ho on the treadmill. Oh yeah and talk about stress, my hotmail account was hacked by someone in China so I've been trying to get it closed.
