Completely broke down and had KFC and a donut for lunch. Didn't eat the fries though so that's a start! LOL I'm exersizing at least 20 mins a day so this shouldn't be too much of a set back. Nursing an old knee injury that has flared up so I'm going to have to take it a little bit easier and not be so gung-ho on the treadmill. Oh yeah and talk about stress, my hotmail account was hacked by someone in China so I've been trying to get it closed.

Good work leaving the fries!! You've been working so hard, and little slip up shouldn't hurt, especially with all the working out you've been doing. Just put it behind you and get right back on track! GO TRAILBLAZERS!!!
