I finally reached my first weight loss goal!!! I hit 150 lbs two days ago which is a 30 lb loss overall or about 13-15 lbs in the last few months alone!!! I chose 150lbs as my first goal because it was far enough to need a lot of effort put into it but it didn't sound as daunting as 135lbs.

Then this morning I hit 149lbs and I was ecstatic!! I'm finally back in the 140's (albeit the top!) when just this fall i was in the lower 170's! I love it! My next goal is 145lbs and my incentive will be that I'll allow myself to dye my hair and get a new cut. Not until I lose these next 4 lbs and keep them off for about a week to ensure its not water weight. After 145 I'll only have 10 more lbs to go until I hit my goal of 135lbs!! Can't wait.
