Hey everybody! i was wondering if anyone out there just want to pick up that scale and throw it across the room. i felt like that this morning. i just want to get some where and i keep on looking at those numbers and they just dont seem to go anywhere but up. ,just getting so frustrated

Don't get discouraged I know the feeling..... Maybe try doing measurements weekly or bi-weekly, because I know I lose inches before pounds.. Let me know how this goes for you....

I feel the same way most days! Measurements are a good idea! also know that you are doing this to get healthier and not just to get skinnier! Health is number one priority!
