You're right, I did get back to my healthy eating plan today, stocked the fridge up with low fat cheese and sliced turkey, hard boiled eggs, cut up celery and laughing cow cheese, apples and peanut butter, whole grain breads, fish & chicken, etc. The good thing about when I "went off" my eating plan, I did continue to exercise at Curves and go to my pool therapy 2 to 3 times a week. But it seems for me to be able to lose any amount of weight I have to do both the exercise and eating right.
