Almost done with the ultra simple diet. It worked quite well, although I definitely have missed caffeine. I'm a programmer. We live on this stuff.
Yesterday I went to Yoga and actually really enjoyed it. It was "fitness yoga" and not "spiritual yoga". And boy am I out of shape! Those housewives were kicking my butt!
This may be the end of my daily posting in fatsecret tho. I got a fitbit and an aria scale. Its more automated, so I think I'll be posting there. We'll see...
