Ooo, I just discovered how much I like the higher resistance settings on my elliptical machine. I've been just going fast on the lower settings, but now that I'm getting good at it, I'm almost going faster than I can control (not good for sacroiliac dysfunction). So I cranked up the resistance and cranked up the music even louder. Awesome~! I felt a burn in my legs I haven't felt in years and oh my did it ever feel good. I feel so alive right now! :P
