Day one attempted elimination diet. Failed.

Turns out safeway chicken breasts are soaked in buttermilk (not allowed to have dairy) And the salad has sugar (no sugar) and mayo (eggs)
Still, not a bad overall day. Definitely hungry now.
Started 100 pushups/200 situps. Walked to and from work.
Bought lots of organics.
