I am back to the real world, the irony is that I supported local business like no one else as a pure icecream tourist however I am sure my local scale will not support me. My 1.5 week ultra binge is now over back to business. Needed that as part of the learning process. Now I know how to avoid overeating. Before was just theory. Will see how I go.

Not that bad a result considering you endulged in sugar. Gives you a short term goal to work towards in Oct at least.
