I don't have a lot of time today.
A business convention has meant that I'm kind of eating what's available that I think is safe.

scrambled eggs with pepperoni and habanero jack cheese

salad with ham and feta cheese a half a roma tomato and ham

sounds good to me! At least w/ Atkins... there is usually "something" we can find to eat. =D Keep trying, we'll get there!
